A popular session for our members, please join us to hear from presidents of exciting and successful organizations, about human resource management challenges and unique experiences and approaches to managing people.

Panelists:

Debbie Sevenpifer – President / CEO, Niagara Health System, spearheading the strategic plan and development of a multi-faceted health care complex, responsive to community needs and employing over 4,200 employees and 1,000 volunteers. Mrs. Sevenpifer was the recipient of the “Business Woman of the Year” award in 2004 for the Niagara Region and the recipient of the 2005 Faculty of Business Distinguished Graduate Award for Brock University. In June 2006, Mrs. Sevenpifer was the recipient of an Honorary Bachelor of Applied Studies from Niagara College. For more info online, click here.

Kerry Painter – President / GM, Niagara Falls Convention & Civic Centre. A native of Windsor, Ontario, Ms Painter has taken an unconventional approach to her career in hospitality management, through a pre-law program. Ms Painter has enjoyed opportunities to manage convention centres, halls and complexes throughout the US – from Tiger Stadium to the Northshore Harbour Center in New Orleans opening just four months prior to Katrina, and serving as a relief centre. Kerry recently joined the NFCCC to forward the interests of the Niagara Region through management of the centre opening in 2011. For more info online, click here.
