Leading the Human Resources Profession in Niagara
The vision of the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) is to be the premier HR Association in Canada, sought out for knowledge, innovation, and leadership. As a Chapter of this parent organization, the Niagara Chapter of HRPA (HRPAN) is committed to making the Niagara Region an exemplary community in which to work and achieve successful business results. As an association, we believe that the future of the HR Profession lies in the growth and development of the profession and of our members.
Our activities are geared toward advocating excellence in the management of Human Resources, providing opportunities for the professional development and advancement of members, and promoting the Human Resources profession and its designation, Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP), governed by an Act of the Provincial Legislature of Ontario.
